It is designed exclusively for underwater use in swimming pools and spas. - This appliance is suitable for cleaning water at temperatures between min. 5° C and max. 35°C. - For charging, the appliance may only be connected to an earthed AC 230 V safety socket (residual current protection device with a rated residual current of no more than 30 mA). - The power supply for the charging adapter must be at least 3.5 metres from the swimming pool or spa. - The appliance may only be used to clean private swimming pools and spas. Any other use leads to immediate expiry of the warranty claim. - The device is not suitable for swimming pools with a foil thickness of less than 0.4 mm. Use of the equipment below this foil thickness is at your own risk. - The device must not be used when people are in the swimming pool or spa. - The sealed motor unit and charging adapter do not contain any parts that require maintenance. These parts may only be opened by specialists, otherwise the warranty will become void. - The battery of the device should be charged and discharged every three months if it will be stored for a longer period of time. Otherwise, due to the self-discharge of the battery, the battery voltage may fall below the over-discharge protection voltage, which leads to damage to the battery. - The appliance battery may only be charged with the original charging adapter supplied. - Only charge the appliance battery under the permitted conditions. When charging, the appliance should be placed in a cool and dry place to avoid damage to internal electrical components due to overheating.Operating the appliance out of water can cause serious damage and will result in loss of the guarantee. - Do not leave the appliance in the pool or spa all the time and never expose the appliance and charging adapter to high temperatures (heating, etc.) or weather conditions (rain, etc.). - If the charging adapter or other parts of the appliance are damaged, they must be replaced in order to avoid hazards. - Never touch the mains plug of the charging adapter or the appliance itself with wet hands. - Do not operate the appliance with wet hands or without shoes. - Never service the appliance when it is switched on or connected to the charger. - This appliance can be used by children from the age of 8 years and persons with reduced physical abilities, sensory or mental abilities, or a lack of experience and knowledge, if they have received supervision or instruction in the safe use of the appliance and understand the risks involved. Children should not play with the appliance.
